Vitamins are carbon-containing substances that are required for normal metabolism but are not synthesized by the body. Vitamins are available form the food we eat, and the water we drink, and are ingested orally or intravenously. Exceptions to this definition include Vitamin D, which is naturally synthesized by the body in limited quantities; and Vitamin B12, which is synthesized by bacterial flora in the intestinal tract. Vitamins and minerals function as "cofactors" in the metabolism of products in the body. Most aspects of body metabolism proceed with the aid of specific enzymes, but if additional catalysts were not present (cofactor vitamins and minerals), the reactions would proceed slowly to a point of ineffectiveness. Dietary supplements of vitamins are often recommended by physicians when any of the following conditions are present: vitamin deficiency, poor intestinal absorption, increased tissue requirements, stress, pregnancy, lactation, and menstruation. Some disorders including hyperthyroidism, infectious diseases accompanied by fever, and tissue-wasting disease also require an increase of tissue. CELLFOOD® Multivitamins spray VS. Vitamin pills CELLFOOD® Multivitamins is a fast acting, fast absorbing liquid spray that does NOT contain any of the binders, fillers, waxes, powders, caffeine, drugs, calories, fat, or alcohol normally associated with ordinary vitamin pills. As depicted in the chart below (A), CELLFOOD® Multivitamins has an absorption and assimilation rate of almost 20 times more than vitamin pill supplementation. In addition to the highest absorption rate available, CELLFOOD® Multivitamins in a spray provides immediate and continuous nutrient content to the human body. As depicted in the chart below, this is in stark contrast to the delivery system of an ordinary vitamin pill. All of the nutrient content (if the tablet dissolves quickly) is released into the system creating a non-beneficial peak without the ability to assimilate the nutrient content before it is naturally excreted from the body through natural means. If the tablet is not able to dissolve during this same time period, it is simply excreted and nutrient absorption is minimal or non-existent. |
